How do I know what size should fit me?
Our bodies are all very unique, this means that fit can vary from person to person.
Please use the size chart as a general guide, with importance to focus on measuring your leg in a bent position, as this is when our muscles engage and change our actual circumference measurements (fits onto Max Stretch chart). The best position is to kneel/squat down and measure your leg in full circle.
It’s not about being a certain “size”, it’s about finding the best possible fit for your own body, so you can focus on dancing and doing what you love :)

*Ordering a size smaller than your bent leg measurements may result in damage to the stitching or heat-sealed lining to the pad, due to being stretched beyond its maximum stretch capability/‘stretches to’ guideline.
The sleeve material is stretchy, whilst the heat-seal lining and seam stitching is not, this is why we choose to include a “stretches to” measurement :)
For this reason, if you are between sizes, it is recommended to size up.
